FAQs

Here are questions I'm asked about my fine art prints and frames and a few other things I'd like to share with you.

What if I don't want to order online?

No problem, just call me or message me and I'll process your order manually at no extra charge.

What if I want a different size, a different type of frame or ArtGlass instead of regular glass?

No problem. I love make bespoke frames for my clients. Just tell me what you'd like and if it's possible, I'll make it for you.

How long will my order take to reach me?

For prints allow 7 to 10 days. For mounted prints and frames allow approx 14 days.

Do you use real glass in your frames?

Yes. I don't like plastic, it scratches and loses clarity over time. Real glass is much better.

Are your frames made from sustainable materials?

Yes. Our wood frames are made from sustainable farmed timber and are FSC certified. We don't use plastic frames.

What sort of paper do you print your photos on?

All my fine art photos are printed on 285gsm acid free, cotton rag archival paper.

Why don't you use regular photo paper?

Regular photographic paper has a lustre finish which can affect the clarity of the photograph.

Why are other photographers frames are cheaper than yours?

I hate compromising on quality. Every frame is made to order for each customer and I specify the best materials available instead of the cheapest. This is why I offer mounted prints so that customers can source their own frames if they wish
